This application ("the Application") is a private automation tool used solely by its owner. It is not offered as a service to the public and does not solicit other users.
The Application authenticates through Google Sign-In and requests only the read-only Gmail scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly). This scope is used to read the owner's own email messages for the purpose of organizing personal financial records. The Application does not request, and does not have, permission to modify, delete, or send email on the user's behalf.
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: data obtained through the Gmail API is used only to provide the user-facing features of the Application itself (categorizing and organizing bills and messages); it is not transferred to any third party; it is not used for advertising of any kind, including retargeting or interest-based advertising; it is not used for credit-worthiness or lending purposes; and it is not used to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. No human other than the owner reading their own messages within the Application reads the data, except where necessary for security investigation or to comply with applicable law.
Credentials and all processing reside on a private computer physically controlled by the owner, which is not exposed to inbound public network connections. Credential files are permission-restricted to the local owner account only. The Application does not use any third-party server to store or transmit Gmail data.
Any authorized account holder may revoke the Application's access at any time at Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access. Once revoked, the Application can no longer read that account's messages.
The Application retains only the summary information necessary for categorization and bookkeeping, stored locally. Raw email content is not separately backed up or exported. After access is revoked the Application can no longer read the account. To request deletion of any remaining locally stored data, contact the address below; the data will be deleted upon receipt of the request.

本應用程式（以下稱「本工具」）為私人使用之自動化工具，僅供擁有者本人使用，不對外提供服務、不對外招募使用者。
本工具透過 Google 帳號登入授權，僅要求 Gmail API 的唯讀權限（gmail.readonly），用以讀取信件內容，做為個人財務整理之用。本工具不會要求、也不具備修改、刪除或代為寄送郵件的權限。
本工具對透過 Google API 取得之使用者資料的使用與轉移，皆遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含其中的 Limited Use requirements。
具體而言：本工具取得之 Gmail 資料僅用於提供本工具本身面向使用者的功能（帳單與信件分類整理）；不會將資料轉移給任何第三方；不會用於任何形式的廣告投放、再行銷或興趣導向廣告；不會用於信用評分或放貸用途；亦不會將資料用於訓練、建立或改善任何人工智慧或機器學習模型。除擁有者本人為使用本工具功能而檢視自己的信件外，不會有其他人為讀取行為，法律要求或安全事件調查等必要情形除外。
授權憑證與處理過程皆位於擁有者本人實體控管的私人電腦上，未對外開放連線；憑證檔案權限限制為僅本機擁有者帳號可讀取。本工具不使用任何第三方伺服器儲存或傳輸 Gmail 資料。
任何已授權的帳號擁有者，可隨時前往 Google 帳戶 → 安全性 → 第三方應用程式存取權限，自行撤銷本工具的存取權限，撤銷後本工具將立即無法再讀取該帳號信件。
本工具僅保留分類、記帳所需之必要摘要資訊於本機，原始信件內容不另外備份或外流。使用者撤銷授權後，本工具即無法再讀取該帳號信件；如需刪除本機既有的相關資料，可來信至下方聯絡信箱提出要求，將於收到要求後刪除。
